These are unprecedented times. The Covid-19 pandemic has ruined thousands of couples wedding plans, and the ongoing uncertainty is a constant source of anxiety for so many.
I want to do everything I can to help ease the transition of existing couples bookings to a new date. I also want to give new clients confidence to secure a booking, and clarity on what will happen should their own booking need to be rearranged in the future.

For New Clients
Whether you’re recently engaged and considering a 2021 wedding, or you’ve already postponed and have lost your original photographer in the process, you want to be able to book new suppliers with confidence.
Should your new booking with me be postponed due to a resurgence in Covid-19 cases, local lockdowns, or any other reason, you will be able to postpone to any available date in the future without additional fees.
We’re all feeling the financial strain of this pandemic too, so I’m offering to waive initial deposits for up to 6 months from the time of booking. Allowing you to secure your photographer with no down payment.
Finally, if you have lost a deposit with your original photographer due to them not being available for your new date, I will cover the cost of this, up to the value of £200.
For Existing Clients
Many of my existing clients for 2020 have already moved their bookings to 2021. But if you’re still holding out, rest assured that providing I have availability, bookings can be moved to a new date with no additional fees.
All payments made towards your initial booking will count towards your new date.
Should I be unavailable on your new date, then a replacement photographer can be provided on the day, with your images still edited and delivered by myself. Should you wish to cancel your booking under these circumstances, I can happily provide a list of other recommended photographers who may have availability.
No further payments will be required for cancellations made during the Covid-19 pandemic.
