Only the Bride(s) and Groom(s) may enter. Only one entry per couple/wedding allowed. Additional entries & friends entering on your behalf will not be counted.

A minimum number of entries must be achieved for a winner to be announced, so please share on social media.

A winner will be chosen at random once the required number of entries has been reached.

Your wedding date and venue must be confirmed, or be in the process of being confirmed. The winning couple cannot transfer their free services to another date or location.

All travel expenses within the UK are included. Accommodation fees may be charged for weddings in some areas of the UK.  Destination weddings outside of the UK will be subject to travel and accommodation fees.  Any additional fees will be discussed at the time of booking.

The winning couple agrees to have their images shared online and in print.

If your date is not available, we aim to notify you before the giveaway ends, but cannot guarantee this due to high numbers of entries.

Your details will not be shared with any third party other than those named on this page, except where required for auditing purposes, or when necessary for the completion of services provided to the winning couple.  See our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use and store data.

Your details will be shared with the other businesses providing services for this giveaway.  These are: Flawless Associates (F & E Photographic Ltd), John-Mark Films & Team Edwards Photography.. Each of these businesses has their own privacy policy, along with separate terms and conditions for the services provided, which can be viewed on, or requested via their website. Services offered and supplied by third party companies are subject to availability.

By entering this giveaway you agree to be contacted by Flawless Photography Ltd and the businesses named above for the purposes of giveaway updates and marketing communications.

The giveaway is open to existing clients.  If the winning couple are existing clients, they will have their booking upgraded free of charge to include everything offered in the main prize.  Existing clients will be given an additional entry into the giveaway in 2025.  To ensure this is counted, please enter using the same email address as you used to book with us originally.

Monetary value prizes & discounts are applicable towards new ‘full day’ wedding bookings of 8hrs+ only.  Discounts are not available on half day bookings. Discounts are split evenly between photography & videography services.  The full value cannot be claimed against a single service booking, unless otherwise agreed.

To complete your entry you must follow the instructions on the next page once submitted and follow the social media sharing steps fully.

Shares, tags & comments on social media must be done publicly in order for them to be successfully tracked and associated with your entry.

Couples should not enter if they have secured a booking with another wedding photographer.

Winners of the main prize or any monetary prizes must confirm acceptance within 72 hours of notification.  Failure to do so will result in the draw being taken again and another winner chosen.
